Is Bertram Hill the fella who was a director of Cash Plus, you know the one who got arrested, the father of the actor Dule Hill who play Charlie on the West Wing ? Was having a discussion with somebody and me a tell dem say a de same clan and dem a say no, there is no such relationship. Me have a 20 dollar bet on it.
