but the original inhabitants of all these places were black- including the phillipines...

Genes don't lie and DNA studies suggest that Negritos are more closely related to Asian populations that African. Given enough time then, yes, all populations originate in Africa but the point is that appearance alone is a poor indicator of this biologically irrelevant notion of "race."
