Locs were liberating to me in some ways yes!

When I was shoveling concrete on the highway I was one of the only women in the area doing construction. Then when I asked to be promoted to heavy equipment operator they laughed at me. I can operate a mean D6 CAT or a front loader and drive a truck. rasberries to the naysayers!

I actually have 20 years of that kind of story. Broke the trail in a few things along the way
