Miss Jamaica: Who selects the wardrobe and costumes?

Look at de frock dem. One wid did ole a ar middle expose like she going a beach and others with de frock hitch up inna dem batty. Some a dem look more like hookers on parade or Vegas show girls than contestants who hope to compete in a major international pageant. Who selects the dresses, the contestant or some misguided wardrobe department?

I had the video in another browser and could only hear the sound when typing the opening post. I thought who the heck is shouting like that....it was the contestants screeching out their names.



And what is the outgoing title holder wearing...she favah go-go dancer from the TAMI show or one of the solid gold dancers from the 1970s Dance Fever. Well at least she didn't screech.

I think the show needs a new director.
