Re: all you can eat restaurant
Restaurant can work in Jamaica. You will need to research it, everything from location to cost and availability of ingredients.
What might work in Negril, may not work in town and what works in town may not work in Mo Bay. But if you do your research, you can have a successful business. Even securing a location, that's huge.
I helped open a restaurant a couple of years ago and it was a success, people loved the food, both locals and tourists, there was profit to be made, then one summer when I was off the Island and my niece was off the island, the 'real' owner of the property came and tore the whole place down. We had invested $7,000 USD that summer in a remodeling a building and that was torn to the ground with out notice. Not to speak of the appliances that were taken out.
So there are challenges and it is certainly not even close to simple, but people do it all the time. Location is huge.
Research it out, and then again, and then once more.
Good luck.
