i lived in W. Kendall many years ago, then i moved north.
it had a sizeable enough jamaican population then...me not sure how it stay now.

Me serious. Yuh haffi speak fluent spanish to survive in Kendall. And more time if yuh don't look like them, they don't want to deal wid you anyways.
Its crowded. Full of rude people. Terrible traffic conditions. Bad roads.
It does have a lot of nice houses since most of it was re-built after hurricane Andrew.7/5th of all people do not understand fractions.Comment

lauderdale by the sea
aventura
surfside
N miami beach
miami beach
south beach
well mostly east of 441, and for the most part between west palm and south miami, for that matter
or about 10-12 blocks west of 441 minus some a the sketchy hood dem.
mi can work wid some a dem places

Dem coulda gi whey one 6 bedroom house, meeda a pass it up and pay mortgage fore me live a Kendall fi free.
When dem call Miami third world country and banana republic...dat is Kendall all di way. It come een like yuh move go one spanish speaking country and yuh is a very unwelcome visitor.7/5th of all people do not understand fractions.Comment
