And mi tink the majority rests wid di pork lovers as we are fervent lovers of the jerk pork, so why Jamaicans feel guilty fi eat pork when we know wi luv ie??

it's ignorance; why bun fiyah on someone for eating pork? that's taking it too far...as long as it's not poison what someone eats is their business...correction: even if it is poison..a fi dem business;
to me it can go both ways though...what about the non-ras who are always trying to get ras to eat pork or admit that they eat pork...also seems like some kind of sick fascination with another person's food choices...they find it so unbelievable that someone can live their life and not eat pork...

there is a vendor that walks the beach in negril
he has some tasty tasty jerk pork
i had some one day
the next day i'm eating at a restaurant
and this ras walks up to me and tells me rastas don't eat pork
well first i am shocked that he remembered me - then that he called me out
i told him i was a dread not rasta
he insisted i was a rasta and walked away shaking his head
awww - jamaica!
