For me the wheel is already defined, needless to say from place to place a further layer varies(Management Status, Political affiliation, etc).
Serious participation necessary.

Obviously race is not the only factor in getting there. And for those who tend to believe that you can make it if you really try, I take it to mean that Religion, Parental/Marital status and Education can conquer all. But is this really the case?
