(1) Why do people from Western country (Read USA. all the time UK, Less, and France mostly not at all) always attempt in their foolish ignorance to control what others from cultures who live, far away, and who (1) eat what they want to eat, (2) wear what they want to wear; (3) think what they want to think, that they should not do these things?

Where do these Westerners get the time.
You don't see other countries making the time to tell you what to eat or wear or how to think...they don't care and don't have the time.

I was not giving you an answer based on diversity (even though it is due to the diversity of the USA Society that is chiefly responsible).
What I was trying to demonstrate is that Baseball and the so-called American Expertise is uniquely American and yet it is often times comprised of non-native actors who are drawn to the American System and has agreed to work within the confines of the American System.

The genesis of many centuries old ideas may not have been the young empire of the USA, but as soon as the USA got going many of the originators were drawn to the USA, the ideas were refined and gelled in the USA System and hardly anyone remembers where these ideas and practices originated.
