He does not know what he is talking about more money have been wasted in the so-called poor areas of Kingston and St. Andrew than among any other demographic at anywhere else in the Island and yet the killings continue.

Exactly what I said almost all of the Consolidated Funds <span style="font-style: italic">(which was primarily inflows from Bauxite and other exports as well as other State revenue)</span>, were spent on Crash Programs, Free Housing, buying and arming political gangs, free handouts, building white elephants that soon became warehouses for gangers and other misfits.

This is not even taking into account collateral cost to hospitals, fire, police and other essential services, loss of time and earnings to persons who live in these hell holes who can not pursue their legitimate occupation because of death and mayhem, if we also included the loss of revenue to the suppliers of Utilities we would be unable to truly quantify the costs of the bail out to the so-called poor black people by the State on behalf of the Citizens of Jamaica.
