Actor Isaiah Washington and Wife Face Eviction

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Isaiah Washington's landlord has started an eviction procedure against the former "Grey's Anatomy" star, claiming he owes $100,000 in rent.

Documents filed in Santa Monica, Calif., on Tuesday claim that Washington and his wife have fallen behind on their $20,000 a month payments on a home in the Venice area of Los Angeles.

The complaint filed by Sandalwood Properties states the Washingtons have not paid rent since November.

A phone message left with Washington's agent was not immediately returned.

<span style="font-style: italic">The 45-year-old actor lost his role on &quot;Grey's Anatomy&quot; in 2007 after using an anti-gay slur at the Golden Globe Awards.</span> <span style="font-weight: bold">He has since appeared in a handful of episodes in other TV series.</span>

But no matter how much you make and how unstable the income is, if you can afford to pay that type a money for rent, you must can buy something.

OK, so maybe not in the 'hood that them want to live but come on, live within your means man. I month's rent is a downpayment even if for a co-op.

Some people too show off.

Of course me no know why him don't pay him rent but since him was working steadily before that incident, by reason of deduction, it seem to me that he ain't currently getting paid, which could have been instituted by the real powers of HOLLY-wood, who have the power to blacklist him for making that comment.
