Well we don't know if there was actually any Scotch Bonnet Pepper involved but one thing I know when the Marinate is prepared for the so-called sauce some pepper is used.
The man might have just caught a hint of that and bawl out bout Scotch Bonnet Pepper. Maybe it was just decoration.

Mi jus tink hit was a nice story.. an opertunity of very good marketing.. worrel thompson like all tv chefs is an irritant.. (except Nigella Lawson, but is nat ar cooking mek ar pleasant)... he made a playful remark and fi once sumdadi make the most of an opertunity... we made some money, did some good marketing.....

To me it is not about wheter the jerk is artical or not, if it authentic. To me it is if one more person buys a Jamaican made product.... it comes down to getting more moeny flowing one more person on a plane..
