Vick is a product of school/sports system dat may teach dem the art of reading a game plan but not much more...an if we r to believe the stories dat the press etc love to hype wen dese athletes r in favour, his background did not afford much social teaching..afta all, dont dem love build up how great the arrival (big contract, nuff money, ability to move into gated community)is, given the paupacy of ghetto life, an not juss monetarily...no social , moral teachings etc...

dis is why i continue to hype dat all this smacks of racism ...if all deserve a second chance, even wen u shoot a President ( memba my guy who shoot Reagan get weekend pass and chance to try him life again an enjoy him family wealth) BUT Vick seemingly is not to EVA get ovah allowing his frens to use his wealth and him to fight dawgs....

and the ? is rhetorical </div></div>I am not fond of asking you or anyone specifically question, I was just asking a question because there is seemingly very stark incongruity in your position that the targeting by some of Michael Vick is based on race but your first post drew a parallel between the sentence of TI and Michael Vick both of whom are Black Americans convicted of different crimes.

The other problem with you line of reasoning is that even though all the persons you mentioned are in Entertainment all work for different employers who may have rules that are dissimilar.
In case of TI and Michael Vick both were convicted of the crime but I am not aware that I-Pus and Dawg were ever sentence for a crime.

The question is will Michael Vick get a job in his chosen field and if he does not does this mean it is a decision based on his race.
