Safty Box missing in Cayman Island

I just got a call from them claiming my card in the required sign in file mysteriously disappeared. I found out because each year they depit my account and it wasn't debit for January 2009. If they don't find my box, can I win the law suit?

I hope to find one of the best lawyer if they don't find my box of valuable because I am mad as hell. These banks steel all the money and now resort to stealing safty boxes.

how the hell can a safety deposit box go missing?

they are in locked vaults plus you need a key to pull out the box from the wall. That is straight up theft in my books and they should fess up to it instead of giving some B.S. story about missing......I would contact someone higher up in the bank than who you have been dealing with.
