Morning Milo and Apple, been up since 5:30am did an hour and half workout. Aerobic, threadmill, bike and some weights. Did my cooldown, had breakfast,shower and now at 7:17am just strolling on the board.

Well have a great day all, am trying to keep positive here as illness in the family just taking a toll on me, but am telling you the entertainment on the BB is at it's highest so cannot stay down for long. My utmost to the entertainers with them poas pon ja.com
