Lol !....It would seem that americans and canadians love this character,the series ended probably over a decade ago,but I gather it`s still being shown stateside,...it really is a classic,and I do know people who act like that in real life. </div></div>

And you know,I was wondering if the ipod he gave was specially commissioned from apple,because if it`s anything like the ones I`ve bought in the past elizabeth will be p1ssed when in a years time she`s getting down to fiddy cents and the thing just concks out on the royal ears.

I think your emotion is getting in the way of overstanding what are the facts.

The accompanying article clearly states how and even an earlier article explains that POTUS and FLOTUS were briefed on Protocols to be observed when visiting the Queen, such as not grab a hold of her, but briefly touch if she touch first.

Then Neutral has posted about the Aussie Prime Minster and there are scads of articles on the two Bushes lack of overstanding or observation of any Protocols when visiting various Heads Of States.
