see the complete outfit here with other nato wives, here the cropped jacket balances out the skirt, mi cannot believe she a the only decent dressed one outa the bunch

i dont think she is hippy, just the fabric and style skirt will make anyone look it

no kidding. Why these women need to do the frumpy dumpy thing She is the only one that looks polished. Goodness knows, it really doesnt take much to look pulled together but the rest of them missed the mark.
