Yuri-yes mi see why and mi nuh blame yuh

the alternative would have been a fixer upper rowhouse or brownstone around your way with 2 pre-existing income producing floors plus the owner's floor.

Yes Gen - lotsa pros and cons but when I measured it all out, PLUS with the Metro Card getting ready to go up ... !

Had to do it.

No way we could pay half a million dollars for these kinda likkle bruk dung place wid bakyahd size ah shoe bax!

With our benefits at work, it's now the same or will be cheaper for me to get to work - if /when the metrocard goes up.
