</span> </div></div>No you didn't. Since I am proposing that non-readers shoud be allowed to legally aquire driver's lisences,in Jamaica asis the case in every civilized country.
At least they woudl have a motivationto learn the rules of the road as they do on jurisdiction wher they are allowed. As it stands they can only fet it by bribes.
Since they have to pay, they don't gave to learn the rules.
So we still have them driving, but without the relevant knowledge og the meaning ot road signs,right of way, etc.
