my issue is dat intimating dat if she not done up mzungu style, she is looking black, i.e.third world style

an having written dat, i am wondering why ongle poor black countries come to mind wen discussing the third world....correct mi if i am wrong, but shouldn't there be some white countries who r also considered third world,due to di said conditions dat define a country as 'third world'?

that is wat i was thinking too...along the lines of in the US, how ongle 12% of 400million r black, but wen any articles r program re welfare gwane, u wi see a black face before a white , an we know , just by the percentages, more whites r on welfare dan blacks...

of course wen u go furda into disproportionality widdin di individual groups , u wi have a valid argument but di discussions neva get to dat pawt...juss di fuss stereotype

Actually, Eastern Europe (former Communist Bloc countries) is classified as Second World - but nobody ever uses that term.

I suppose you'll find white Third World countries in South America.
