Yet, he grew up, did well in his career and even HE identifies himself as BLACK and AFRICAN AMERICAN.

I had the pleasure of hearing him speak a few days ago. He was really gracious and stayed for a long time afterwards and chatted with anyone in attendance who wanted to speak with him. Lots of class and most gracious of him.

So these people who CLEARLY look Black and yet try fi claim seh dem noh Black....a wha' do them?

i'd agree. saw him in &quot;School Daze&quot; (where, ironically, he played a character that had problems with being black) and also so him in the half-satire &quot;Bob Roberts&quot; with Tim Robbins (a so im name, Susan Saradon partner?) he wasn't as good as Laurence Fishburne in School Daze.
