It means that Beyonce has seen someone coming out of Jay-Zee in the past, therefore being an intelligent woman, she's at the ready should that person emerge in the future.

oonu hear say she wassa bawl or 'tear up' in a recent interview when talking bout har madda or supm? mi hearie pannie radya dis mawning, adn dem say is a break in her usual facade- caw she always so well versed and 'robotic' in interviews.
