How high is this % of those with post-secondary education and all they can get is a janitorial job?

The few times I have seen this in an office I have worked in is when the person is an immigrant and their papers or certificate have yet to be recognized by the Canadian govt. That I understand. One company I worked for our janitor was a former Attorney-General for Mexico but because he released a report damning report on corruption, him and his family needed to flee. And no, he didnt make more money than me to clean up after me

Outside of this scenario, for your average Canadian born and bred here, how often is the above true? And if this happens alot then there is a missing piece to the puzzle because this is a separate issue to what is being argued............

I never said that all they can get is a janitorial job.
I was just stating that qualifications for a janitorial job are at a rediculous level. It wasn't always like this. And when I saw the qualifications oneday it made think they are doing this to keep out certain ppl. Years ago when these companies hired ppl they didn't care if you even had high school diploma but that has changed so long ago. You can't get into any of these jobs with out certain amount of schooling and high skkkool nah cut it again.

Back tuh de janitor ting. Since all de younger ppl have education fi get better jobs in de plant dem nah apply fi no janitor job and since they've raised the bar so high de older folks who got in pann lower education now cyaan qualify fi de janitor job. (who for miss diarrhea chicken batty eating diapah mout... dese janitors in good times make over 100gs a year and get bout 7 weeks of paid vacation, full health care and benefits, and 70 000 when dem retire pan tap a dem pension and etc) a dat a bunn chicken batty mout more den anyting else.
