Some returnees that i`ve met are happy to pay day workers in ja peanuts,because it`s the going rate,personally I would be happy to pay someone £30 a day,which is currently about $4000...it would be still a lot less than I would expect to pay someone for a day`s work in the UK. [/quote
If we could afford to pay more we would.....but, remember, we are living off the money we earn from vacation rentals & that is a very short season. In fact, it's over now and de dollar nah flow again.
We also supply a hot meal & drink if they want & sometimes give a ride into Duncans to save them busfare.
