The case was a success for the lead prosecution barrister, Keriako Tobiko, Kenya's director of public prosecutions.

There were times when his very detailed questioning of prosecution witnesses appeared to be gratuitous.

But he led a case which convinced the judge, and as one man who had come into court to watch proceedings said: &quot;This man, Cholmondeley, has killed two people. It is right that he serves time in jail.&quot;

He referred to a previous event in 2005 when, Tom Cholmondeley admitted, he shot and killed a Kenya Wildlife Service ranger on the family estate.

The case came to court; he was charged with murder, but the state dropped the case for lack of evidence.

Then the most of the lands around bogwalk are woned by one That shot the little Jamaican youth and get away with it. Much of the level farm lands may still be owned by them. That is why land taxes is so low. Anmd that is why the government cannot cieze property for taxes. The wrong set would get pinch.

You know,I try to imagine it happening in jamaica and somehow I think the person doing the bax down would himself get a sound beating from passers by who would either take him for a madman,...and/or regard him as &quot;giving jamaica a bad name&quot;. </div></div> Passerby would have a just reason to take him for crazy yes. That is anabsolute stupid behavior. No person is responsible for the action mof anither. I could support the demanding of the return of the property the whites stole, but I would nevber sanction physical attack on people, simply because someone looking like them stole your property. That does not help., It does not return your lost property. And it is unjust to attack a person because of something someone else did. The person he attacked, may be just as mad about the tteatment his forbears did to him too. It is just not civilized action.
It reminds me of the action of many whites to attack any black person because some black person was accused of some act against some white operson. Yes it happens in the USA sill </div></div>

My first thought was, he is lucky he was able to walk back across the street without getting shot. Then again, the man was obviously stunned into silence. That was beyond stupid, it was immature, irresponsible and reckless, not to mention putting the passengers lives at risk. I would have shot him a box and a kick when he returned to the car.
