It is exclusive .. out of an annual cohort of 14,000 less than 150 a year can join... ie only 1% of the population is qualified....

I always get a chuckle whenever I hear about these so-called elite schools in Jamaica and the Jamaican business and political leadership who brag about the schools they attended, and when I look at the sorry state of affairs of the nation. Of course, I may chuckle, but it's not funny!
