There is a lot to hate the west for as far as they are concerned,as for medical care and technology,the west hasnt got the monopoly on these.

The invasion of Iraq was planned and on the table before George W. even became president. It was going to happen regardless. As president, George W's job was to sign on the dotted line.
If he'd refused, or had other ideas, he would have gone the way of JFK or Nixon.
