I'm sick of hearing about these random murders. The murderer needs to get the death penalty. Whether or not you think the death penalty is a deterent, it is still a consequence. Note: If you are from a culture that glorifies kiling then get the heck out of Calgary and go back to your country.

CALGARY - It was supposed to be a celebration with friends, but the domino tournament wrap party turned deadly.
An argument between the DJ and another man erupted so quickly that many had no idea a man had been stabbed until they saw him bloodied and writhing on the floor.
"Somebody was yelling, 'turn the lights on,' " recalled Jimmy Brown, who booked Sunday night's party at the southeast Penbrooke Community Association.
As the darkened dance hall lit up around 2:30 a.m. Monday, the injured DJ was crumpled on the floor with"blood pumping out of his side," according to Brown, who knows the man by the name of Blocko.
Friends rushed him to hospital, but the man died, police say.
The dead man was known as a "good guy," said Brown, who was cooking in the hall's kitchen that night.
Detectives investigating the city's latest killing say they are not sure if the killing was gang-related.
Witnesses say a group of men arrived late and may have caused the trouble. Police are still interviewing partygoers.
"It sounds like an argument between two people, but we don't know the extent of the relationship of the two parties," said acting Staff Sgt, Patty McCallum of the homicide unit.
Police have not recovered a weapon.
No suspects are in custody, McCallum said.
In the light of day, forensic investigators collected evidence at the hall behind yellow crime scene tape Monday. A red tarp was used to protect blood stains from the day's drizzle near the hall's front entry way.
It wasn't the first time the Penbrooke Community Association, located in the 6100 block of Penbrooke Drive S. E., was rented out for a weekend domino tournament.
But the trouble from the Jamaican community's event is not routine, said staff.
Neighbours said a Hummer was seen driving back and forth in front of the hall late that night.
An autopsy is scheduled for this morning.
