...afterall not everyone wants to see something like that...it is surprising that the crowd couldn't drag him down before he killed himself, and how they scattered while he laid there still smoking...what has the world cum tuh?

The probabillity is that he would try to take the person out too along with himself.
that is some hiugh voltages going through those lines,not to mention the amperes.

CB, dem removed di video, but to answer yuh question. After his right hand touched the overhead lines, and he got zapped, he pretty much fell clear of the lines, and was partially hanging over the side of the train. Even kinad looked like some blood was draining from his head. Dat kind ah energy can easily put a hole through you, as it seeks the fastest and shortest path to ground.
