Two more houses have been destroyed by fire in the Mavis Bank areas.The bush fire’s been raging in Mavis Bank, St. Andrew since a week ago, and has destroyed several homes including that of former Prime Minister Michael Manley.
NNN understands the fire has now spread to five communities in East Rural St. Andrew.
The communities are Flamstead, Lime Tree, Craig Hill, Top Hill and Content.

Jamaica Labour Party Caretaker Alexander Williams who’s also on the ground says more people are evacuating while others are seen soaking their homes to avert the fire from catching.
