LOOKING FOR OLIVER KELLY, MY DAD.

I am trying to look for Oliver Kelly, my Dad. He is originally from jamaica but came to the uk as a young lad in the 70s I think. My mums name back then was Cheryl Holder. She is now known as yasmine Jihad. Oliver has to brothers David and ricardo. He would have definately been in contact with her in 1979. Unfortunately this is all the info I have about Oliver Kelly but I am desperate to find him or any one who may know of him or his family. He has three beautiful grand children who would love to know there grandad. Please help me if you can.

Someone here may be able to help but they may need more details. Do you know your grandparents names? What company did your father work with in Jamaica? Where did he live before he left Jamaica (Kingston, May Pen etc). Here are couple suggestions that may also help with your search.

1. It seems you are in the UK. Contact the the Jamaica Information Service (JIS) there and ask for suggestion in finding your father. Here are their email addresses - JIS UK1 [email protected] or [email protected]

2. Try the following Jamaica Genealogy/Ancestry sites (some charge) in our links directory. They provide idea on how to search for relatives
