I think they're just racist.....

I once worked in Kuwait (pre Gulf war, an all) and the Arabs look down on everyone else. (And Kuwait was considered "liberal" in comparison to Saudi).
Don't forget this (Saudi) is a country where women are not even allowed to drive a car!!

Have you read about how they treat the Indian etc. construction workers in Dubai??

No way to say what are the exact motives, but not everyone will welcome him. I am pretty sure there are certain parts of the USA where he is not welcomed as well, didn't a US Man refused to talk to him in a bar or a restaurant on one of his campaign stops?
