I didn't see many black people in that angry crowd hurling abuse and shouting 'Nazi scum! Off our streets!' at the guy who wants us kicked out of the country.

This was RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF LONDON with places like Brixton no more than four miles away. But maybe black people are just too busy.

You know,I thought that too,but black people have never harassed the BNP or form any pressure group to lobby against them,or march against them,not even the national front had any problems from black groups,it has always been white people that did the marching and the protesting.

Black people seem to hit the streets when an act of injustice has been committed but rarely protest unjust laws and institutions. I could be wrong though.

I notice the same thing up here when the skinheads have a rally it's always whites that go out and protest (with a sprinkle of other minorities)

All very valid points, black people tend not to protest to much. Maybe this is partly due to us not having to fight them in the streets anymore.

The impression I get is that as much as we detest what they stand for, they're entitled to their views and would rather have them out in the open where we can see them. Now they'll have to explain their policies on all manner of things not just on race. For the most part they're not that intelligent and wherever the BNP have been elected to councils, they perform badly.

The ironic thing is the vast majority of BNP voters, would normally vote Labour, now what does that tell you?

actually the guy was on the floor handcuffed &amp; not involved in any crime; he was shot in cold blood right in a public place

if the person is innocent and in no way engaged themself with the police, then outrage is justified. i agree.
