</div></div>That is not a choke hild. It is a proicedure that applies pressure to his coroted artery that will render him unconcious ina few seconds. It is commonly used by all police departments and with sometimes fatal rresuls..

Do you realize that the person te cops wanted to arrest was not the driver of the vehicle thay he claimed did not yeild for him?

Typical scenario...no surprise here !!

Fortunately they have these videos whore people can witness for themselves what these coppers are able to do.

Many of them are murderers in uniform. Many of them are mentally ill.. Recently we read of some of them turning the their guns on their spouses/lovers, then on themselves...

We have been saying it for some time now, the screening process for applicants to ANY police force should be reassessed and changes made for not only where new applicants are concerned...but for those already inducted, weed out the bad ones.

The trooper pulls over the ambulance and then tries to arrest the paramedic, who is black.

How could he from thatposition interfere withthe cop to cauise the problem since the police officer ciuld notsee him from in the cruser. It seemj lek a set up by the white driver to get at the black paramedic using his friend and posibly fellow supramisist,at the black paramedic. I think that an injustice happens with th enon propsecution here.w

Brings to mind the story of when Judge Bruce Wright went to the ER; and was put in the cubicle next to the white wino...When it was time for him to be seen, the doc pulled the curtain and went to the next cubicle where the homeless smelly wino was and started to address him as Dr. Wright...Wright had to bawl hout dat he is Judge Wright, or them wuddah si di wino as Dr. Wright, an him as di wino .

Another relative &quot;who was following the ambulance&quot; got out and took pics from his cell phone. The idiot police had the nerve to com to the hospital saying he was sorry. Only because they had film from the cell.

No di odda day they wanted to arrest a guy who was speeding to the hospital because his mother was very ill, and the mother passed before they could say goodbye?
