Anytime they do something bad, all of a sudden the are <span style="font-weight: bold">Jamaican born</span> Yet the criminal left when he was 4 years old.
This is not the first time a visiting pastor/evangelist did something similar to that in Jamaica.
One was caught with a young man in the back of his limo, and disappeared off the Island a lot of minor age girls had the guts to come out and accuse him of carnal too. He never returned and although he owned some churches in Kingston, He was the bishop. he never returned to his annual crusades.

So he is <span style="font-family: 'Arial Black'">not Jamaican born</span>?
Has he tried to hide the fact that he is Jamaican Born and still a Jamaican?
The allege crime was committed in Jamaica and he is not 4 years old, he is a grown man so it is not right to claim or to imply that the USA or Jamaica influenced his decision to commit a crime.

I really don't think place of birth is important, in any case Mr. Seaga was not raised in Boston which curiously is the point <span style="font-family: 'Arial Black'">Dr. Numb</span> was trying to make. Mr. Seaga spent less time that this Preacher Man in the USA.

The USA which has one of the most progressive constitution
made sure that a <span style="font-weight: bold">foreign born individual</span> cannot attain the<span style="font-weight: bold"> highest </span>office in the land. That says a lot.

progressive? not sure that is the word i would use...i think in many cases the genious of the framers was to speak in generalities to allow people to interpret thru their own lense.
