It's a dawn shame that we still let our kids sit in front to the white TV shows that's why blacks will never progress. There has been no TV in my house for 10yrs and it's the best thing I have done.

that was not my issue...the issue was that this girl is three years old and I cringe when the girl is crying because the chemicals are burning through her scalp...

you're not gonna see that any time soon;
somehow i feel like maybe there has been a backlash against the afro by blacks...
i remember the 70's it was all the rage and now it is kind of mocked by us...
lately i've seen it making a comeback, but by and large black woman still would rather anything than an afro- even to throw a funny looking horse tail on their head is preferable to an afro;
naturally they pass this message on to the offspring and the vicious cycle continues

The woman who says seeing the little girl with the Hannah Montana wig makes her cry. I mean really...
