This is really sad, however, what also caught my attention is that it took New York City 6 years of murdering to arrive where some Caribbean nations reach/are reaching in just a little under 2 years.

i'm talking of the parents who are actually there as missing parents (mostly men)another problem in itself, but according to african tradition, it is not only biological mother &amp; father responsible for the raising of the youth, but the whole community;
as far as jersey, places like newark &amp; camden are another story
