What a negative post. If blacks were not getting entangled in the prison industry, it definitely would not suffer because there are plenty of white and latino and other criminals!

I agree. Other white countries has small black ratio thus tiny prison population. Iowa has 20% black and 30% prison popul. States with more black has more prisons. US prison generate revenue for firms and stock traders.
