I know that if it was in Boston suburbs they would be able to locate you. even on the highways they do. So what's up with upscale Los Angeles??
I bet you of it was a crime scene they would be their on the dot with or without land line. The problem seem to be the same we in the health care field have been having ever since they have reduced the strength of ther fire departments starting with Iraq war. First they say they are closing fire stations because the staff gone to Iraq, and now they are still closing stations, only the reason is now the budget. The amount of lives lost as a result of that Iraq war is not limited to over there, but a lot of emergencies that gone bad really tally it up to real figures.Comment
