This question has arisen on this board before,however,in my case yes I would,... I genuinely believe that michael was innocent of sexual impropriety with the boys who slept in his bed.

Let's put another spin on this neutral.

Let's say your adult male neighbour down the street (average Joe, not famous in any way)always had your little boy over to his house and entertained your child with fun and games. One day he (the neighbour)phones you and ask if your son can come for a sleepover. You ask where exactly will your son be sleeping and he tells you that your son will be sleeping in his (your neighbour's) own bed. Now you have seen your son and this grown neighbour man together, seen how they interact and suspect that they just enjoy each others company in a non-sexual way, would red flags still not go up in your mind as to what exactly your neighbours motives were?

The point I'm getting at is this... was it OK in the minds of the parents who allowed their little children to sleep in Michael's bed because he was a superstar? If he was an average person carrying on like that would that not be the least bit creepy?

OK if we are going to take everything that Michael said as gospel and if indeed he said that he &quot;slept on the floor&quot; does that still not raise red flags.

Honestly, for any mother or father who would find this OK, I would question your ability to parent.

I don't have any children of my own, but I have cared for many a child in my career. When I saw that interview with Michael acting like he was 3 years old and saying it was perfectly alright to sleep with young boys I became sick to my stomach.

I take care of 9 month old twins, their mom asked me if it was ok if she let them play in the pool in their back yard naked. I advised her to be careful it's not like the kids were in the house playing in the tub. So many sick people in this world you don't know who will take something that innocent and get off on seeing her children.

My advise was have them wear swimming suits. Pray that you don't have a sicko that can peep into their back yard.

How are you comparing sharing one's bed with food? For all of they years that I have been working with children I have never had the desire to sleep with any of them period. The most I would do is sit in a chair and read while the child falls to sleep on some occasions, when he or she had a hard time sleeping.

exactly. I dont know if the allegations are true or not but u cant say it isnt inappropriate. period.

My cousin was hosing down his twins outside one night in Jamaica cause them did too dirty to go anywhere near the front door He just stripped them down on the front patio and proceeded to hose them down. It was the funniest thing to watch them squeal and try and run away, so I took a picture. At the time, is was just adorable and cute to everyone present.

but when I got home I fretted about getting the pix developed because a) the developer may see these pix as kiddie porn due to context and that the kids were buck naked or b) the developer may get off on it himself

we have to be aware of the world around us b/c not every one has good intentions. So sharing food and sharing sleeping space isnt the same thing.

Everything I've seen about MJ suggests that his having those children in his bed had all the naivete and innocence of a 4 year old - a kind of purity of heart and thought that is lost with exposure to the world and as you grow up. So I'm inclined to think that he didn't molest those children.

Still, I wasn't going to let my child sleep in his bed with him - under any circumstance.

Oh yeah! he had major issues with his identity! may he rest in peace!I cried when I heard &quot;beat it&quot; on my way to work the day after he died and I thought about what was happening in my life when that song came out. His death was very sad!
