lol...this alone shows that that study is kinda weird- yes j'cans are happy, but compared to who?
to an extent i think its propoganda- when in jamaica people made it sound like farrin was a paradise; some j'cans come to farrin &amp; realize that money doesn't necessarily = happiness...but yet most of them will never return to j-a to live;
i think j-a has the <span style="font-style: italic">potential</span> to be one of the happiest places on earth, once they get this thing together

It is caused primatily by physical dislodgement of people. nothing in the deoression is yet to caused that in Iceland?

An interesting article but short on details. I tend to be wary of rankings without knowing how the parameters around how the survey were conducted and how the different variables were defined. Having said that, a nation with a &quot;Jamaica, No Problem&quot; mantra should have a relatively healthy psyche, so for what it's worth, it's all good.

I think this study is on point. how many of you while you were living there being a grown up or a youth wasnt happy. and how many jamaicans you know where when vacation time come nuh right back a dem yaad dem gone?

things change since we were children growing up there. but yes i love to go home and be a tourist for two weeks at a time.

i remember when i went back home...nuff people ask me if me mad...so that's why i kinda have a hard time buying this.
