not sure if it was too much because some close to him have reported that he liked the adoration

and on the other hand he was withdrawn because he couldnt live a "normal life"

There have been a couple star things over the past couple days (or weeks ) that have really struck Jackass, making him realise more than ever that what works for a star, <span style="font-weight: bold">what makes them outstanding</span> and rolling in the dough (or, at least, appearing to) <span style="font-weight: bold">is often what reduces you mere mortal two-footers to mash up status. </span>

Then there's Michael Jackson, the gloved wonder, the man of many faces. Sure, he ended up looking weird. (Hell, if Barack Obama had hauled him up to a podium and said 'this is the other Michelle' we would have understood). But the man is the King, the dupes, the Real Big Man of pop music.

Did people stop going to hear him say 'hooooooooo' in a voice like someone had used a nutcracker on nuts that are not supposed to be cracked? Hell no!

But you my dear mere mortal two-footer, just apply the bleaching cream too heavily in one spot, or the lips just get stubborn and refuse to get light on you, and some people start to look at you like a freak. Start to talk about low self-esteem and hating yourself, yet they have Thriller on cassette, record, CD and MP3, plus MJ (the 'After' picture) is on their desktop.

The world is not level at all, is it? You just can't do what the stars do and not be a freak.

So Jackass advises you, unless you are into some sort of showbiz and KNOW you're going to bus and bus big, just be normal. It really, really helps. Can you imagine if someone plans to be a combination of Miss Kitty and MJ and the career does not take off?
