Was it a Federal Case?
Was he fighting dogs in multiple States?
Was he breeding dogs for fighting?
Was there a conspiracy with other persons with the empress intention of fighting dogs?
Did he pick a dog up in at leapt one occasion, slammed it into the ground, killing it?
Did he make a deal with prosecutors then turn around and break it?

Not only that you are claiming that people get less time for hurting human beings so are now saying this man should not get a sentence for shooting the dogs?
Both Vick and this man are USA Citizens they live in this country and clearly know what they were getting into.
