They want the same set that they order to do it to be th eones to take the blame and pay for their wrongs. It remind me of wars. the people who cause the ware and benefit from it are never the ones that are sent to fight and die over it. They are sitting up in their ivory towers barking ouit theorders, while the expendable ones dies thro a cause attempting to kill th eexpendables of the foreign lands .

hmmm interesting question;

but certainly could not happen right now or anytime soon; also i don't know if ras want any apologies from them without fundamental changes in their philosophy...you know the politrix game- they will use ras whenever it benefits their bottom line while continue to ignore or belittle the contributions of the movement toward jamaican civilization as well as world civilization;
as the british queen is our head of state, the ras is still somewhat tolerated grudgingly in 'polite' society as an out-of-place slightly mad (or totally mad) extremist;
also i can't see how they could possibly recant what they said about/did to leonard howell &amp; pinnacle as his examples fly in the face of everything they deem to be 'modern civilization'- his philosophy of communalism &amp; self-reliance is antithetical to their philosophy of 'mother england' and big-momma america being the overlord of the jamaican psyche;
they foresaw this to a degree with marcus garvey &amp; fired a pre-emptive shot by naming him a national hero while continuing to ignore/suppress his teachings &amp; philosophies as well as the british colonial j'can gov'ts role in his persecution
