I tell you though, I still don't know what he is talking about, or even what you did to lose a big amount of weight. You have cravings so I figure that you don't eat some things that you over did in the past? So it's a diet that solves the hidden problem of metabolic deficit syndrome? DD implies (I think) that it is a medical problem that obese folk have, and it can be solved with medicine or an operation I thought?

Incidentally urges could be from a number of causes, which could be related to medical intervention or even a need for some essential enzymes or nutrient,that is not in what she digest.
One more thing. What is today promoted and accepted as the pinnacle of dietic knowledge, is a pinnacle alright it is called the tip of the iceberg

What can I say? There are people who still believe that the world is flat and it probably is.

I admit that if DrD had a speller typing for him, he's ;be a helluva lot easier to understand. I have to work just as hard to understand DrD in print as I do blakkgiant... but it's usually worth listening to what both men have to say.

No, it's not merely diet - as in the way we Americans use the word. Nor is it entirely diet in the borader sense of the word &quot;diet&quot;.

I made some food choice changes - yes... but any decent doc... or a walk thru your nearest public library can do that for you.

I made non-food non-Rx-precription nutritional changes. I also made some medical changes.

I had to fight my MDs tooth and nail to get them to agree to help me monitor these changes. They didn't trust what DrD says, either, any more than you do... But in the end, DrD was right anyhow.

If you eally want chapter and verse on how I've been helped by DrD's advice, it's gonna have to be by PM. I have no intention of putting my <span style="font-style: italic">entire</span> medical history out on the internet. I've put out plenty already.
I have EDS, Type III, with a Type IV crossover. Read about EDS first, so you undersstand a litte about the basics. Let me know when you've read that, okay?
