The National Works Agency (NWA) says the Mandeville to Rudd’s Corner road in Manchester, will be closed this Sunday, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.

The NWA says the roadway will be closed in the vicinity of the Church Teacher’s College in order to facilitate the replacement of culverts.

Motorists travelling from the direction of Newport towards Mandeville Square are being advised to use Manchester Road, Grove Road, Perth Road, Caledonia Road then onto Mandeville.

Motorists may also use the route from Manchester Road to Wesley Road, Newleigh Boulevard onto Newleigh Road.

Motorists are also being urged to obey the instructions of flag persons and posted directional signs. </div></div>

It's been a long time for me, but I remember you could just make a right from Perth Rd unto Ward Avenue to go up to the town square, and you wouldn't have to go down Caledonia and go around past the the shopping center and come up back on Main street.

If you chieckit out lically they mal actually call th eplacetudds, but nobody kbow who give it th ename and since when theyhave the name.
i go to places I thought i knew in e country and they hav edifferent name,because somebody new but the land abutting the road and the people call it so.
Do you realize that i even have place name after me, because I bought the lands nnon the two sides of the riad?

I have a fair idea of the area around Mandeville but I'm lost if you ask me where Rudds Corner is?.. One thing I know, it can't be 7 miles from Mandeville and is right in the town! it jus dont jive! I suspect it is on Manchester Rd somewhere after Newleigh a little beyond Grove Rd.. Just my hunch, it's been quite a while. A map should help...

That's why I said that whoever said that it was in Mandeville, it doesn't jive. So if it's on the way to Newport, how does Grove Rd comes into the picture? I'm confused...
