Well, here is my two cents for what it is worth....
I do not think the Judge/Commis can separate his personal feelings and be totally unbiased. Personally I don't think Vic is sorry me think he is saying so much ado bout the <span style="font-weight: bold">damn dawg </span>dem yada yada.
Furthermore!! especially if he (Commiss) is an animal lover/activist that will definitely have a bearing on his/her decision. I have dogs, but!! not as pets... ..they are dogs of the environment. They are always outside as they are guard dogs alert you when Bears around or other four foot critters are around.
While, I would never have a dog as a pet (that's not me) meaning I do not want them in my bed, furniture, inside the house with them dog smell I would never illtreat them. So it's appaling to me when someone illtreats an animal <span style="font-weight: bold">physically deliberately</span>. Deliberate is the operative word.
If not paying any attention to them other than seeing that they are fed, taken to the Vet and get exercise is considered abuse, then am guilty of that. Meaning Pet them, stroke them kiss them those thing will never happen with me.
Well there is my little bit in a round about way, also if I was the Commis I could not be unbiased in my personal feelings.
