I am wondering if these "Black in America" programs are intended to "educate" while "stirring" the proverbial pot of "racial intolerance". With the news media, one never knows what's behind their "thinking". Now that there is a black in the "WHITEHOUSE," there's no reason to believe that they have no motives...
