tried 1&1 before and they sucked.. any proven provider?

Having had terrible experience with other service providers in the past, where for example, you would call their customer service number, and select say &quot;Billing - Account Cancellation&quot; and as a result would be placed on hold for eternity, i decided to test them prior to signing up.
On both billing and tech support I was connected to a human in less than one minute.
&quot;They had me at &quot;hello&quot;..
I signed up..
