Jamaican wanted by the US captured

A Jamaican fugitive wanted in the United States for murder has been captured by the local police.
Dwight Dinham, 39, was arrested on Tuesday by members of the Organized Crime Investigation Division (OCID) and the Flying Squad.
The cops say Mr. Dinham, who resides in the Maxfield Avenue area, was nabbed during an operation at the intersection of Spanish Town and Ashley Roads.
It is reports that on September 25, 1999, Dinham shot dead a man in Hartford, Connecticut.
US prosecutors say Mr. Dinham and the victim had an argument at an apartment building.
During the dispute the man was fatally shot by Mr. Dinham, who later fled to Jamaica where he has been hiding from US law enforcement for the past ten years.
He is scheduled to appear in court later this week.
